Research areas

For several years my research focused on the study of inflammation mechanisms that underlie the pathogenesis of canine chronic respiratory diseases.  Currently my work is in the area of applied research on pet medicine. I try to find answers to the questions posed by clinicians in the exercise of their art (efficiency or action of some treatments, improving diagnosis and follow-up of the evolution of certain diseases, etc.). I have a particular interest in brain injuries, especially epilepsy,  intracranial hypertension and immune mediation in dogs.
